We at Plate Stand Source pride ourselves on the ability to meet or beat any legitimate advertised price. We stand behind our products and we want to earn your business!
If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower price elsewhere, call us toll-free at 1-800-679-9670 or email us at sales@platestandsource.com, and we'll match that price on the spot, provided we are able to confirm the competitor's price on the same available brand and model. The decision to meet or beat a competitor's price is at Platestandsource.com's discretion.
Exclusions:
The Plate Stand Source Price Guarantee does not apply to competitors' free offers, limited quantity items, open-box, clearance or closeout products, seconds, mail-in incentives, financing or bundle offers. The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price that result from a price match.
What is considered "verifiable proof" of price?
The best way to show proof of price is to point us to the competitor's current ad or web site, which shows the price of the item you wish us to match and the dates for which the price is valid. If the current ad is not available, we reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item. Web pages must be live and not cached. References to competitor’s pricing from discussion forums or message boards that cannot be found on that competitor’s web site are not valid.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in available. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, then the product is not eligible for price matching.
Do you match a competitor's price that has already price matched?
Plate Stand Source will not price match to a competitor's price that was matched from another company without verifying the original competitors price to see that it complies with the stipulations above. We do not allow "stacking" of multiple offers (e.g., free items, plus price matching, plus rebates, etc.)
